Delivery & Returns

 

UK Delivery
We offer two delivery options for UK retail customers:

48 hour Delivery with Royal Mail (3-5 Working Days)
This service is not trackable and does not require a signature for delivery.

24 hour Delivery with Royal Mail (1-2 Working Days)
This service is not trackable and does not require a signature for delivery.

UK orders of £50 or over qualify for free delivery and will be sent Express Delivery with UPS.
This service is a trackable service and requires a signature for delivery.

Delivery charges are based on order weight and will be shown on checkout.


International Delivery
International deliveries are sent with either Royal Mail as ‘International Tracked & Signed’, 'International Tracked', 'International Signed', 'International Standard'  or with our courier UPS depending on the size and weight of the order and the destination country. Carriage charges are calculated and shown on checkout.

We are unable to deliver some products (food items, flammable items) to international customers.


Missing Orders
In the unlikely event of your order being lost please contact us and we will make any enquiries / claims for lost items. Royal Mail class parcels as missing after 15 days (UK deliveries) 28 days (International deliveries) we can process a refund / replacement. Any missing orders that have been sent with UPS can be claimed and refunded much more quickly.


Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return. Send the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund. We do ask that returned items include the original packaging.

Due to health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or return any edible goods - opened or unopened - unless the product is faulty.

Delivery costs on returns of any unwanted items that are not faulty must be covered by the customer. We will cover carriage costs for returns of any faulty / damaged products within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.

Tickets purchased for demonstration days, classes and other events are non returnable.
